Toyota does not forget about safety, either. In addition to ten airbags, the Avalon is equipped with adaptive cruise control and has an accident prevention system with pedestrian detection capability, a cross-traffic alert system, and of course a cross-traffic alert system.

As mentioned above, the Avalon is based on the GA-K front-wheel-drive platform, with McPherson struts in the front and a multi-lever in the rear.
