The Toyota Prius+ is a seven-seat L-class compact van with a hybrid powertrain. The restyled version of the model debuted in Japan, and later in Europe, in the fall of 2014.

According to a long-standing tradition, the process of restyling the car affects mainly its front end and to a lesser extent the rear, and the interior is sometimes not subjected to modernization. In case of Prius+ designers of Toyota followed exactly such principle, retouching bumpers, a radiator grill, headlights and headlights, whereas interior’s changes are so insignificant that one cannot find them without prompting.

But Prius+ has improved noise isolation, tuned the suspension and expanded the list of options, adding a system of automatic parking, uphill assistant and electric seats adjustment. And the diagonal display of the modernized multimedia complex has grown to 4.2 inches. Otherwise, the compact SUV remains the same universal and practical. For example, the backs of the second row of seats can be adjusted in the range of up to 45 degrees, or folded them into flat floor in the ratio 60:40. In the five-seat version, when the third row of seats is folded, the volume of the luggage compartment of the Prius+ is 971 liters.
