The modern and stylish Toyota C-HR has remained practically unchanged from the outside. But there are changes in the technical part. The suspension is now fully independent. The gearbox is a variator, working together with a 2-liter atmospheric engine or a 1.2-liter turbocharged one. In city mode, the fuel consumption will be from 6.5-7.0 liters.

With its small size, the Toyota C-HR has a trunk volume of almost 300 liters. You can choose to buy the new C-HR in three configurations. The first with a cost from 39 thousand dollars, which includes such features:

– Electric power steering;
– Optics with headlight washers, heated mirrors, heated rear window;
– Heated front seats, steering wheel and windshield;
– Airbags, Abs;

The most expensive set will cost 46 thousand dollars and will add a parking assistant, an assistant determining obstacles and collision avoidance.

Toyota C-HR was created based on the concepts of the same name: the first was shown in 2014 at the Paris Motor Show, the second – a year later at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The serial car inherited from the prototypes large wheel arches, the shape of the stampings on the sidewalls, the coupe-like silhouette and the headlights “stretched” almost to the upper edge of the hood. Even its name hides a dedication to the ideas of a conqueror, primarily of urban spaces – C-HR stands for Coupé High-Rider.

Toyota presented the restyling version of the C-HR in October 2019.

The C-HR parquet truck was created by the joint efforts of the Japanese and European divisions of the Toyota Motor Company, and its design was worked on by the specialists of the “Toyota” studio ED2 in France. C-HR became the second model on the TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture) platform after the fourth-generation Prius hatchback. Characteristic features of the new “weighing machine”: a low center of gravity, almost perfect balance between the axles and engagement for the installation of a hybrid power plant.
