The vehicle is a pick-up truck from Japanese manufacturer Toyota. The new model is built on a similar platform to the Land Cruiser 300, the Toyota F1 (TNGA-F).

The exterior is primarily highlighted by the large and massive radiator grille. The LED headlamp is made T-shaped. An 8-inch multimedia screen is available in the cabin (basic version), while upgraded models get a 14-inch screen. The system supports wireless phone connectivity as well as Bluetooth. Payload capacity, compared to previous models, has been increased and now reaches 880 kilograms. Towing performance has also been increased, and the new Toyota Tundra can pull a trailer weighing 5,445kg.

The base engine has a displacement of 3.5 litres, is twin-turbocharged, and generates 395 horsepower. Top versions have an engine of the same displacement but with an electric motor, which together produce 443 hp. Both work with an automatic transmission, with 10 speeds. Both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are available. Pricing will range from $36,000 to $60,000 depending on the layout (there are 6).

The new model will compete with the following vehicles: Ford F-150, Ram 1500.
