Safety of passengers is provided not only by more rigid body and a set of airbags (for the first time in Yaris appeared airbag between driver and front passenger). In the list of equipment Yaris is adaptive cruise control, automatic braking system (recognizing both pedestrians and cyclists), lane-keeping system, automatic light and recognition of road signs.

Toyota Yaris 2015 can be equipped with full diode lighting, dual-zone climate control, heated steering wheel and interior lighting, wireless charging for smartphones, and a JBL audio system with eight speakers.
